Despite all the tablet hype going on, Intel has not abandoned their Classmate PCs for kids initiative. They’ve now teamed up with Lenovo who will be manufacturing the latest generation of Classmate PCs. These PCs run on Atom processors and come installed with Windows 7, they’re packing Wi-Fi, an Ethernet port, a hard drive up-to 250GB, a 10.1″ LED backlit splay, a memory card reader, and a 1.3 megapixel camera. The PCs will range in price from $300 to $400. The laptops also come bundled with educational software designed for kids in grades K through 8.
