Peluche is a new iPad case that works with both the iPad 2 and the new iPad, and will warm your heart, along with the hearts of anyone else around. Peluche features Lenny the Lion, a cute stuffed lion sewn right on to the soft, fuzzy case. There are sewn cut-outs for ports, meaning that excess lion fur won’t get in the way of connecting your earbuds.
Peluche is a cover case, with Lenny on the back. That means you can fold the cover around and use poor Lenny’s face as a stand, if you so choose. It’s OK – I’m sure he won’t mind. The cover will automatically power down the iPad when closed, and Lenny’s feet double as zippered carrying cases for earbuds or other cords.
The project is seeking funding on Kickstarter now, with $45 being the minimum donation to secure your very own Peluche.
