Disney Brings a Little Magic to the Wii This Fall With Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure

This fall will be an enchanted one for young gamers, thanks to Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure. Kids will take the role of an apprentice to the Fairy Godmother, who happens to have a little accident. That accident turns the good Sprites of the Magical Kingdom into wicked imps that travel from world to world, wreaking their own brand of havoc. Kids will visit several different Disney locations from Cinderella, The Princess and the Frog, The Little Mermaid and others and interact with countless Disney characters in their quest to set things right.

The gameplay is made up of several mini-games, puzzles, and platforming stages, which should provide enough variety to keep fans of the movies engaged. The player’s avatar and their room in the Fairy Godmother’s Castle can both be customized by earning gems in-game and trading them in at the Wishing Well store. That all happens within the game – no outside purchases or applications needed, it sounds like.

Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure will be out this fall for Nintendo Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows PC/Mac. Pricing is as of yet unknown.
