There is a new kid friendly MP3 player in town, and this one may be simple in design, but it manages to be very adorable. The Ribbit MP3 player by Nextar is designed to look like a little frog. It’s sporting a 1GB capacity along with an OLED display and it comes in several colors including green, pink, black and blue. Feature wise the device can play back both WMA and MP3 files, it has voice recording capabilities, and Ribbit features an eight-mode equalizer with normal, rock, pop, classical, bass, jazz, soft, and SRS WOW. Unfortunately, Ribbit’s battery life isn’t so great at just 6 hours. But the price can’t be beat at just $24.99. We can see this MP3 player having appeal amongst adults as much as kids. The Ribbit MP3 player will be available in the Spring.
