New 3D Cameras Make Accurate Action Figure Models
As much as we love action figures, it has always bothered us when the figures have faces that look nothing like the actual actor or original character. But thanks to new 3D technology, that is all about to change. A new 3D type of camera is able to take 3D photos of a person. Matt Smith, the new star of the latest Doctor Who series recently modeled for this camera for his first action figure. So finally, there will be an action figure that matches the face of the person it’s modeled after! We hope that more and more toy companies use this technology for their action figures.

G-Force Toys and Action Figures Start Piling Out
We’re crazy about Disney’s new G-Force movie, even more so than most other animated films. Sure, the adorable guinea pig stars are part of the reason why we love the film so much, but really what excites us most is the fact that these are super high tech, gadget-laden guinea pigs. The Disney Store now has a whole bunch of new G-Force toys to play with. That includes several plush toys for around $15 each, as well as action figures retailing from $8 to $13. We are a little disappointed that these toys don’t have any real electronic functions, but we’re sure that more will be on their way soon…
