Leapfrog has come out with a new handheld gaming device for kids, and this one doesn’t just play games – it’s also an e-book reader and video player. The new Leapster Explorer features a 3.2″ 420×420 touch screen that can play 3D graphics and flash-based games. The Explorer will be available on July 12th with 12 games at launch and 18 Leaplet Learning Apps. The system itself
