Nick Lachey, newly reunited with 98 Degrees, still had time for one more solo project before rejoining his bandmates. ‘A Father’s Lullaby’ is a lullaby album for babies everywhere, inspired by Lachey’s own newborn, Camden.
The album contains twelve tracks, four of which are originals co-written by Lachey. He throws in eight classics, too, like “When You Wish Upon a Star,” “Hush, Little Baby,” and “Brahms’ Lullaby.” The album will feature a couple of personal touches when it comes to the original tracks – “Sleepy Eyes,” a tune Lachey hummed to his son while he was still in the womb, and “Father’s Lullaby,” in which Lachey pays tribute to both his son and his father, John.
Lachey will be releasing the album with Fisher-Price. You’ll be able to download it from Amazon or iTunes on March 13th, and the physical album will hit stores sometime in April.
