Young Jedis can’t jump right in to using the force. After all, the force is – a powerful force. The Star Wars Force Trainer (first seen at CES in January) is currently up for preorder. The device lets you use mind control to control the movement of a sphere located in the included trainer tower. Master Yoda himself is “there” to instruct and encourage you as you concentrate. He’ll even train you from Padawan to Jedi Knight to Jedi Master. In total there are 15 different levels of difficulty. The Star Wars Force Trainer is now available for preorder for a pricey $179 and it will be available at the end of September. Sure, that is a wee bit too pricey for our tastes, but it’s really the first “mind control” toy of its kind. Though we expect more will follow shortly after.
