remotecontrolmoon 300x300 Remote Control Moon Lights Up Your Bedroom SkyWhen I was a kid, they used to sell glow-in-the-dark moon and star stickers that you could use to light up your room at night. The stickers were great and I loved going to seep at night feeling as if i was sleeping under the stars. However, the glow inside the stickers usually died out after just a few days, and I would have to go and buy more stickers and re-stick them all over my wall. Nowadays, kids can have a glow-in-the-dark experience that is much more sophisticated than old stickers. The Remote Control Moon is a model moon with a built-in-light sensor that illuminates when it gets dark. The moon is true-to-life with a detailed moonscape and it even rotates through 12 lunar phases. The moon can also be easily wall mounted and it comes with three different hanging angles, as well as a calendar with moon phase charts, and an audio CD with guided tour to the moon and beyond. The Remote Control Moon retails for $29.

I love that. So much better than the glow in the dark stars that I used to have on my ceiling. Beautiful plus educational. What mom would say no?
