The FlyTech Bladestar by WowWee is not your usual RC helicopter. Unlike other RC helicopters which need you to guide them around, this one is smart enough to fly around on its own via autopilot mode while managing to avoid ceilings – and it will even fly away from obstacles. However, you do also have the option of controlling its flight path yourself via RC mode. The FlyTech Bladestar is rechargeable and lasts up to 5 minutes in the air before needing a 20 minute charge. It’s also designed for indoor use and retails for around $33.
